Sandy has dedicated her adult life to helping people. She is a trained counsellor and a registered member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. Her experience spans over many decades where she has worked with victims of crime, individuals who have perpetrated or experienced domestic violence, those living with drug and alcohol addictions, and people navigating a wide range of personal and relational struggles.
Sandy is passionate about supporting victims of abuse and trauma. Her goal is to work collaboratively with each person to restore wholeness in mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is grounded in compassion, cultural respect, and a deep commitment to creating safety and empowerment.
Sandy is also a registered Havening Practitioner, integrating this neuroscience‑based modality to support healing, emotional regulation, and resilience.
