Fiona (Fee) O’Neill is a qualified counsellor and registered Provider under ACC Sensitive Claims. She holds a Bachelor of Counselling and a Postgraduate qualification in Child Play Therapy, and works with adults, rangatahi, and tamariki with a range of needs.

Fee provides support for those experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, addiction, and relationship challenges. Her approach is person-centred and grounded in creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space. She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice, and Family Systems, tailoring each approach to suit the unique needs and goals of the individual.

Based in the rural Far North, Fee brings warmth, curiosity, and openness to her work. She is perceptive and thoughtful in her practice, with a genuine commitment to supporting meaningful and sustainable change. She shares her home with her partner, two Labrador dogs, two horses, and a cat who occasionally supervises her online sessions, adding a gentle and grounding presence to her work.

Fee offers counselling from her clinics in Rawene and Kaikohe, as well as via Telehealth (online), ensuring accessible support for those across the region.
